Hereford Square, SW7 – Three town houses
Located in prime South Kensington. The existing building, currently six flats, was erected following bomb damage after the second world war. The proposed development seeks to restore the site as three townhouses that will replicate the original properties which formed the north end of the square, with a total square footage of 12,000 sqft.
Clareville Street, SW7 – Two town houses
A prime location in the heart of South Kensington, the site was previously occupied as an art studio. Planning permission has been granted to demolish the existing building, retaining the first floor façade and erect two family dwellings with basement and integral garages totalling 6,421 sqft.
